Arturo Elena ~ FASHIONSPIRATION of THE DAY!

Apparently, the extremely skilled artist of these amazing Fashion Illustrations has been unknown until now...

Auturo Elena of Spain, has been creating these beautiful works of art for centuries; beginning in the 1980"s as a design assistant in Barcelona and then having his illustrations published in Spains' Cosmopolitan from 1992 to 2009. Hand sketched with nothing more than markers, Auturos drawings are lifelike and stylish... each piece vividly portrays it's own story.

The Fashion Museum in Madrid recently celebrated Auturo by launching an exhibition of his illustrations titled, "Auturo Elena: 25 years of Illustration".

Well deserved and a true fashion inspiration!!
